With the rapid development of economy,the load pressure of rail transit traction system is increasing.And linear motor because of its performance,volume,maintenance technology and other advantages,get more and more applications.This paper takes the DLFSPM motor as the research object.The permanent magnet and armature windings of the motor are placed on the short rotor side.The structure of the long stator side is simple,so it has more advantages in the field of rail transit.In order to achieve efficient control of DLFSPM motor,while avoiding the disadvantages of position sensor.In this paper,the position sensorless control of DLFSPM motor is studied.Firstly,the basic structure and working principle of DLFSPM are analyzed.The simulation model of DLFSPM vector control system is built,and the simulation verification is carried out,which lays the foundation for the follow-up research on sensorless position control.Secondly,the traditional sliding mode observer is used to realize the sensenless control of DLFSPM motor.Aiming at the inherent chattering phenomenon of the traditional sliding mode observer,the structure of the traditional sliding mode observer is optimized by using Sigmoid function and phase-locked loop,and the Kalman filter is added.On this basis,the simulation model of the control system is built for simulation analysis,and the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified.Then,the DLFSPM control system is susceptible to uncertainty.Adaptive inverse sliding mode controller was introduced to reduce sliding mode chattering and improve the estimation accuracy,and the simulation was carried out.By combining sliding mode observer and adaptive inverse sliding mode controller,DLFSPM sensorless control based on sliding mode principle is proposed.Finally,the proposed DLFSPM without position sensor on the basis of the principle of sliding mode control strategy,using MATLAB/Simulink model building and simulation analysis,the results show that this control strategy can be in uniform mutation,speed,load mutation condition of DLFSPM accurate estimation of speed,position and system chattering,motor work smoothly,good robustness,fast dynamic response,proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
