For the sake of relieving the existing circumstances of lacking energy sources and pollution of the environment,people need to actively pay attention to the research of energy-saving technology.Compared with other synchronous motors,the operation efficiency of Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is improved because permanent magnet replaces the excitation winding.However,due to the material,structure and control methods and other factors,the motor still has a certain loss.At the same time,in the AC speed control system,common control technologies such as vector control,model predictive and other control technologies have been widely studied and applied,which ensure the superior performance of the motor,but generally ignore the problem of motor efficiency optimization.Therefore,it is of great significance to reduce the loss of motor operation,improve operation efficiency,improve energy utilization and reduce pollution emissions.In this paper,the Interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)is studied.Based on the analysis of the existing efficiency optimization control strategy,the loss minimization control strategy of IPMSM is studied.The main research contents are as follows:1.The structure and classification of PMSM are introduced.The mathematical model of PMSM considering the iron loss resistance and the basic electromagnetic relationship are given.The iron loss resistance of the studied IPMSM used is analyzed and set.2.A loss minimization control strategy of IPMSM based on equivalent conversion method is proposed.The traditional Maximum torque per ampere(MTPA)control strategy and approximate computational efficiency optimization control strategy of IPMSM are introduced.The theoretical analysis and derivation process of IPMSM loss minimization control strategy based on equivalent conversion method are described in detail,and the feasibility of the scheme is analyzed.Finally,the scheme is verified.3.A practical loss minimization control strategy of IPMSM based on a virtual quantity is proposed.The improved MTPA control strategy and the traditional loss minimization control strategy of IPMSM are introduced.The theoretical analysis and derivation of practical loss minimization control strategy of IPMSM based on a virtual quantity are analyzed in detail.and the control method of the scheme is analyzed.Finally,the scheme is verified.4.The experimental control platform of motor is built.The hardware circuit is designed to complete the experiment,and the software design process is introduced.
