In the modern era with the continuous development of information technology,in order to reduce human errors,reduce labor costs and improve production efficiency,intelligent production line has become the inevitable trend of modern industrial production.Automatic navigation vehicle(Auto-mated Guided Vehicle,AGV)can drive along the prescribed guide track,and is widely used in warehousing,manufacturing,express delivery,military and other major fields.However,at present,AGV still has some defects such as long charging time,large vehicle load,short mileage,easy wear and high cost of wired charging.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes to use the magnetic coupling resonance dynamic radio energy transmission technology to realize the walking and charging of the AGV,reduce the demand for energy storage large capacity battery,save the cost and improve the life span of the AGV.At the same time,using the impedance matching principle,the variable step size disturbance observation method is designed to ensure the stable operation of the AGV car in the coil switching process.First of all,this paper introduces the basic theory of AGV dynamic wireless transmission system,uses circuit theory to analyze the mutual inductance model,determines the working mode of the system,and compares different compensation topologies.From a practical point of view,double LCC compensation topologies with strong anti-offset characteristics,better transmission efficiency,more security and multidegrees of freedom are selected,based on which the load conditions of maximum power transmission are derived.Secondly,using Maxwell software,the influence of different coupling coil structure on the transmission efficiency of the system is analyzed,and the rectangular coil is selected as the transmitting and receiving coil;at the same time,in order to reduce the power fluctuation in the process of vehicle movement,a vehicle coil position detection method is proposed,and a segmented guide rail dynamic switching control strategy is designed to ensure the normal operation of the system,reduce power grid loss and save cost.Finally,in order to improve the adjustment ability of the system to the mutual inductance change and load change in the process of motion,the Buck circuit is introduced into the receiver for closed-loop control,and the variable step size disturbance observation method is used to adjust the duty cycle of the Buck circuit to dynamically track the optimal load to achieve impedance matching,so that the system can obtain the optimal transmission characteristics,and the effectiveness of the closed-loop control is verified by experiments.
