| The stability control of the production process in the job shop is one of the most important management objectives for every discrete manufacturing enterprise.In the era of "Internet accelerated speed",enterprises have begun to customize their production for customers,leading to low order purchase return rate,large WIP quantity and frequent disturbances in the production process.In the process of production,the manufacturing behavior and the total factors of human,machine,material,method and environment are affected by the dynamic changes of many uncertain factors,presenting complex fluctuation law.The stability control of production process has become a difficult problem of complex coupling and environmental constraints.Taking job shop stability control as the research object and driven by workshop production data,this paper proposes a job shop network stability analysis and decision method based on check and pinning control.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Establish the job shop network state model.Taking the production process of job shop as the research object,the production factors were analyzed,and the topology structure model of job shop network was constructed.An improved coupled image lattice production network state model was proposed,which was triggered by abnormal manufacturing behavior and driven by production data,by analyzing the attribute characteristics of manufacturing resources in job shop and defining the state representation method of resource nodes.By analyzing the influence of disturbance propagation characteristics,node sequence types and disturbance location on the system performance in the workshop production process,the disturbance intensity of uncertain factors in the workshop is quantified,which lays a foundation for subsequent research.(2)Put forward the evaluation index system of job shop node importance.Combining the statistical characteristics of the network structure,the performance of the production process route and the performance index of the manufacturing resource itself,an evaluation index system of the importance of the node in the job shop was proposed.The internal information of the index parameters and the correlation between the indexes were analyzed.The combined weight of each index was obtained by combining the subjective weight and the objective evaluation weight with the least square method,and the importance of the network resource nodes was evaluated.(3)Establish the job shop pin down control state model and stability control strategy.Based on the production network state model of job shop,a controller with the protection effect of resource load was designed,and the state model of check control of job shop was constructed.The stability of the model was proved by Lyapunov consistency theory.Three kinds of stability control strategies are designed combined with disturbance triggering behavior and node state transition rules,and two kinds of control effect evaluation indexes are designed to realize the evaluation of network stability control effect.(4)Taking the actual production data of diesel engine fuel injection system parts production workshop as an example,the modeling,simulation and verification analysis of the established model are carried out.The simulation model is applied to job shop stability control,and the control effects of three stability control strategies are analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The results show that the containment control strategy can effectively restrain the propagation speed of the disturbance in the network,and significantly reduce the propagation scale of the disturbance influence,so as to improve the efficiency of the stability recovery of the job shop network under the disturbance environment. |
