With the rapid increase in the number of cars in our country,road safety problems also follow.Rear-end collisions caused by failure to brake in time are a major hidden danger to road safety,and automatic emergency braking systems have emerged at the historic moment.In recent years,major manufacturers have been studying how to trigger automatic emergency braking systems more efficiently,which can not only reduce the number of traffic accidents,but also ensure the security of drivers and passengers.Therefore,the research and development of automatic emergency braking system has important engineering application value.This article first put forward the design scheme of the automatic emergency braking system,expounding the composition of the automatic emergency braking system and the functions of each part,mainly including the detection unit,the calculation unit,and the execution unit.According to the design requirements,the lidar,core controller,and brake were selected.This system used lidar as the ranging sensor to analyze the UDP data packets output by the radar.Use S32V234 chip and MC56F8346 chip as the data processor.According to the design requirements,A/D signal acquisition program,CAN bus communication program,rotational speed signal acquisition program,serial communication program,PWM signal output program,etc.were designed to complete the basic functions of signal acquisition,processing,transmission and output.Secondly,the power supply circuit,Ethernet interface circuit,CAN bus circuit,etc.were designed around the data processing chip S32V234 to complete the radar signal processing.The core circuit design was based on the core control chip MC56F8346,which was mainly the most basic circuit that can ensure the normal operation of the DSP,including: power supply circuit(providing power for the internal),clock circuit(generating various clock signals),JATG interface circuit(responsible for Download the program to the chip),CAN communication circuit(responsible for CAN communication)and other circuits,which together form the DSP minimum system.In addition,the DSP peripheral circuit was designed,including the collection of the signal sent by the sensor and the output of the control signal,and the Hall sensor conditioning circuit,pedal signal collection circuit,and solenoid valve drive circuit were designed respectively.Finally,the automatic emergency braking system was modeled,and the distance model in the braking process was completed.The model was simulated in MATLAB/Simulink,and the model was simulated in the d SPACE simulator.This article also used DSP to simulate the transmission of brake signals,and conducts experiments in the laboratory such as brake pedal signal,speed signal acquisition,PWM control signal output,CAN communication data transmission,etc.The effectiveness of the design of automatic emergency braking system for automobile was verified.
