At present,human beings are faced with the status quo of insufficient fossil resources reserves,and the energy crisis caused by the lack of energy has posed a great threat to the stability of human society.Therefore,it is urgent for human beings to find sustainable development and environmentally friendly alternative energy to alleviate this situation.Biomass is characterized by "zero" carbon emission,which absorbs CO2 from the air and exhautes the carbon in organic matter in the form of CO2 during combustion.It is of great significance to reduce the greenhouse effect caused by fossil fuels.China’s rural area is vast,biomass resources are rich,the development of biomass energy has unique conditions.In this paper,the fuel characteristics and combustion operation of biomass fuel were studied.On the basis of the research of fuel characteristics,the combustion operation of home-made small biomass boiler was debugged.Whether biomass boilers or coal-fired boilers,the improvement of combustion efficiency is mainly considered from the following aspects: fuel,fuel characteristics,combustion mode.According to the mountainous and hilly terrain and the natural advantages of abundant forest resources and agricultural resources in Shanxi,three kinds of biomass are selected: corn(straw,hereinafter referred to as "corn"),poplar and redwood.In order to explore the fuel characteristics and the influence of fuel characteristics on combustion,this paper has carried out tests and experiments on the compressed biomass particles made of corn(straw),rosewood and poplar: First,by element analysis,industrial analysis and thermogravimetric analysis,determine the composition and content of the fuel,analyzes on behalf of the meaning of different composition,content of each component of different biomass size comparison,analysis of fuel characteristics,characteristics of different combustion temperature test calculation and analysis,to analyze its ignition characteristics and combustion intensity,etc.,Initial selection of premium fuel for analysis.Through data analysis and calculation,it is concluded that rosewood is the best fuel among the three fuels,and its comprehensive combustion characteristics are the best.Combustion process is complicated,be affected by many other factors,the combustion test is not enough to represent the actual combustion situation,so in this paper three kinds of biomass fuel combustion experiment was carried out,the actual combustion situation,by means of temperature records the temperature record and calculation,it is concluded that in the actual combustion process,annatto comprehensive combustion characteristic is still the best,Therefore,it is used as the fuel for the operation adjustment of the test boiler.In the commissioning test of boiler operation,the paper analyzes the temperature variation trend,temperature level and characteristic temperature in the process of combustion under different excess air coefficient and different proportion of primary and secondary air supply,and takes the single factor variable method as the guiding ideology,so as to find out the best combustion condition of boiler.Finally,after calculation and analysis of the test,it is determined that under the condition of excess air coefficient of 1.2 and air supply ratio of 6:4,the combustion effect is the best,the temperature in the furnace cavity of the boiler is the highest,and the boiler operation efficiency is the largest(81%),which is 16% higher than the 65% stipulated in the standard of "Biomass Forming Fuel Boiler" NBT47062-2017.Is the best combustion operating condition in this test. |
