| Social development has entered a new stage,the city has been repositioned,and the old industrial park after the upgrading of industrial structure is facing transformation or demolition.How to make the old industrial buildings which are separated from the urban development return,and make the individual memory and collective memory of industrial buildings continue,has become an important problem faced by today’s urban development.Among many types of buildings in Industrial Park,silo building has become a representative one because of its special structural characteristics,which is a living carrier of the historical process of urban industrialization.So the silo building can be reused and how to reuse,become the main problem of this paper.Based on the theory and principle of adaptive reuse,this paper studies the adaptive reuse of silo building,which provides a scientific and reasonable design idea for the reuse of industrial heritage silo building.In this paper,guided by the theoretical principles of building adaptive reuse,taking the silo building transformation as the research object,through the collection and collation of literature and the combination of construction professional website and field research,the silo building types,characteristics and reuse status are systematically recognized.Combined with the principle of building adaptive reuse and the current situation of silo reuse,this paper summarizes the four influencing factors of silo building adaptive reuse,such as internal space,external form,function mode and economy,and analyzes and discusses the practice cases of excellent silo building reconstruction at home and abroad from the above four aspects,and then obtains the four aspects of silo building adaptive reuse Finally,it can be used to guide the transformation design of coke storage bin in Datong gas plant.This paper creatively takes silo as the research subject,and combines it with the principle of building adaptive reuse,and puts forward four design strategies of silo building adaptive reuse.It not only helps to improve the theoretical research of adaptive reuse of buildings,but also puts forward new strategies for the transformation design of silo buildings.At the same time,it also contributes to the rapid development of the transformation and reuse of existing industrial buildings in China. |
