| With the steady advancement of the National Fourteenth Five-Year Plan,people’s attention has been paid to transportation,among which higher requirements have been put forward for road traffic safety.So far,the national road network is basically completed,and the road construction enters the maintenance period.Due to the lack of effective monitoring methods,the cost of the annual maintenance path is always high.and it has also slowed the pace of intelligent transportation construction.Therefore,developing a real-time monitoring highway roadbed health detection system to ensure the safety of highways travel.By analyzing the common fault types of highway subgrade damage,this thesis designs a set of highway subgrade intelligent detection and control system.This system can realize the automatic detection of static indexes such as temperature,humidity,settlement,pressure,strain,etc.in the highway subgrade.The arrangement of accidentprone sections can reduce the impact of roadbed damage on people’s lives and property.The development of the system is divided into acquisition system hardware integration,software design and application research of intelligent algorithms: Firstly,the embedded system is designed based on STM32,RT-Thread of RTOS is embedded on the main control chip STM32,and sinusoidal pressure and strain are selected.Sensors,with LCD display,DTU transmission and other hardware modules,realize multithreaded real-time processing,and jointly complete data collection and transmission;secondly,based on Visual Studio design data receiving background interface,and set a variety of working modes,through sending human-computer interaction The instructions of the window are given to the lower computer to complete the corresponding operation;finally,the collected real-time data is analyzed and intelligently classified based on the artificial immune algorithm and the probabilistic neural network combination algorithm,and the corresponding fault type is matched to realize the intelligent detection of the corresponding road section and to provide technical support for highway management personnel.The system adopts solar battery power supply,which can adapt to the requirements of roadbed inspection operations in the field,and realize 24/7 uninterrupted monitoring.The two methods of wireless and wired transmission ensure the stability of longdistance data transmission.The upper computer and the lower computer can be used to ensure the stability of long-distance data transmission.The TCP/IP protocol communication between them can accurately transmit the monitoring instructions to the collection terminal to complete the scheduled work.Finally,the artificial immune algorithm and the probabilistic neural network algorithm are used to intelligently analyze the data,and the accuracy rate can reach 98.3%,which fully shows the The system can play an important role in the intelligent health detection of highway subgrades. |
