The rotary drilling rig is a kind of heavy machinery and equipment,which plays a great role in the pile foundation construction of major projects in our country,and the development of the rotary drilling rig technology is of great significance to the infrastructure industry.Based on a domestic model of rotary drilling rig,this paper has carried out the relevant design work for hydraulic system and electric control system,which provides a certain guiding role for further improving the working performance of drilling rig.First of all,for a domestic model of rotary drilling rig hydraulic system design,on the basis of the analysis of the operating conditions of the equipment,developed the overall design idea of the hydraulic system,and the main,sub-roll,swing,walking,variable amplitude,mast,pressurization and other circuits,hydraulic pilot system and cooling system for detailed design,based on the use of relevant theoretical calculations,reasonably determined the model and system layout of components.Secondly,the function of the closed-loop transfer of the direct-moving proportional relief valve is analyzed,and its static characteristics are analyzed.Simulation calculations are performed using AMESim software modeling.On the basis of the valve model,the modeling simulation of the whole pilot control system is obtained,and the relevant data of the actual operating conditions are obtained,which provides the basis for the design and optimization of the pilot control system.Finally,the structure and process of the electromechanical control system of the rotary drilling drill are designed,including the selection of the system hardware,the analysis of the EPEC2024 controller,and the preparation of internal programs.Each control port of the controller is assigned according to the functional requirements.Some insights are put forward for the intelligent transformation of the rotary drilling rig control system,which provides a positive guiding role for the optimization of the whole electronic control system.In addition,a brief review of the field application of rotary drilling rigs is made,which proves that the design of this article has practical significance for engineering applications.
