The application of BIM technology in the construction field is gradually shifting from the conceptual stage to the application stage.The depth and dimension of the application are in a period of rapid development.In recent years,the successful application of BIM technology in a large number of construction projects has provided more opportunities for the development of BIM technology.,But also put forward more demands and higher requirements for it.The steel bar project occupies is an important position in the overall project schedule,cost,and quality control process.It is also the most difficult project to optimize the cutting material and the construction quality is extremely difficult to control.In the BIM model,a complete rebar model is conducive to the statistics of rebar consumption and improves the integrity of the overall model.However,the number and variety of steel bar models are huge,and the manual layout is extremely cumbersome and the accuracy is not high.At present,the deepening design of steel reinforcement projects with the help of BIM technology can achieve the purpose of optimizing the blanking of steel bars and saving raw materials.At the same time,it can be used as a technical disclosure for on-site construction to improve construction quality.This thesis is part of the basement stage in the subject "Research on the Key Technologies of Digital Construction of Prefabricated Houses".It aims at optimizing the blanking of steel bars and improving the construction quality of steel bars.Carry out key parameterized modeling research,and explored the path for the second deepening of the automatic program development and construction drawings of steel engineering.Using the visual programming platform software Dynamo in BIM technology,the automatic modeling of basement platform reinforcement and prefabricated laminated slab reinforcement and connection structural reinforcement in the prefabricated component.Set the general parameters of different components to achieve the purpose of multiple use of a set of procedures,and extract general rules at the same time to ensure that the model meets the accuracy of the on-site construction technology.Finally,it automatically extracts the engineering quantity list of steel bar consumption to realize the refined management of steel bar cost.Taking the actual project as the research object,the research results directly guide the construction,and the effect comparison is carried out.During the research process,the automatic reinforcement arrangement program has been gradually improved,and the technical path for the development of the parameterized program of the reinforcement engineering has been explored.
