Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous improvement of control system parameter optimization requirements,swarm intelligence algorithm with its good global search ability is widely used in the field of controller parameter optimization.Fireworks optimization algorithm,with its unique explosive search behavior,strong search ability and high precision,has been widely concerned.At present,how to improve the optimization efficiency and ergodicity is still the main problem of fireworks algorithm.Aiming at the shortcomings of the fireworks optimization algorithm,this paper proposes an improved fireworks optimization algorithm,which is applied to the parameter tuning of energy storage bi-directional converter control system1.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and easy to fall into local optimum in the late iteration of fireworks optimization algorithm,two improvements are proposed:(1)Combining the adaptive resource allocation strategy with the community inheritance strategy,fireworks adjust the explosion radius and the number of sparks according to the optimization situation of the community,so as to make the resource allocation more suitable for the actual situation of individuals and improve the efficiency of population optimization.(2)Tent chaotic map is used to improve the ergodicity and global search ability of the algorithm.In order to verify the feasibility of the improved fireworks optimization algorithm,five classical test functions are used to test the improved fireworks algorithm.2.The improved fireworks optimization algorithm is applied to PID control system,and four different controlled models are used for parameter tuning,and the parameters are tuned together with particle swarm optimization algorithm,fireworks optimization algorithm and dynamic optimization fireworks algorithm for simulation and comparison.3.Combined with the mathematical model of bi-directional energy storage converter,the simulation model of bi-directional energy storage converter is established under two different modes of island operation and grid operation.The improved fireworks optimization algorithm is used to adjust the parameters of the control system under different modes to verify its reliability.
