As a kind of high residual pressure liquid energy recovery device,hydraulic turbine plays an important role in industrial fluid residual pressure recovery and utilization process.In the early stage,the multi-stage pump is mainly used as the hydraulic turbine,and the efficiency of the equipment is low,the high efficiency area is narrow and the energy waste is serious.In recent years,some scholars have proposed to use the theory of hydraulic turbine design for the design and research of hydraulic turbine.In the process of research on multi-stage turbine model hydraulic turbine,the hydraulic loss of inter-stage guide vane is serious,which is an important direction of turbine design and optimization.In this paper,based on the design concept of hydraulic prime mover theory of multistage hydraulic turbine,the flow channel type interstage guide vane is designed to meet the requirement of flow circulation.At the same time,because there are many structural parameters of the channel guide vane,these parameters need to be matched and optimized.It can not only meet the flow velocity loop required by the lower runner,but also reduce the hydraulic loss of the guide vane between stages,so as to improve the efficiency of the whole turbine device.In this paper,three-dimensional modeling software is used to design the flow parts,and based on CFD numerical simulation,the machine efficiency and application head of each flow parts of the whole device are obtained.Then,using the optimization algorithm of orthogonal experiment,16 orthogonal schemes were designed.On this basis,the design of the following 9 schemes was carried out,and the optimal scheme was finally obtained after optimization.The results of 9 additional schemes show that the efficiency of the whole machine is as high as 75.1% near the point of design working condition,and the applied water head is 403.9m.Compared with the original design scheme,the optimized flow channel guide vane loss ratio is reduced by 2.5%,the efficiency of the whole machine is increased by 6.7%,and the applied water head is increased by 6.01%,which can meet the demand of high residual pressure liquid energy recovery of the hydraulic turbine unit.The pressure cloud diagram shows that the pressure gradient distribution in the guide vane and runner is more uniform under the optimal scheme,and the decreasing process of the pressure from the inlet to the outlet of the flow parts is more regular.The internal flow diagram shows that under the optimal scheme,the problems of eddy current,deflow and deflection in the channel guide vane and runner are improved,the flow pattern in the flow passing parts is more stable,and the hydraulic performance is improved.
