As the country began to implement the "National Fitness Program Outline" policy,people gradually realized the importance of health,and fitness gradually increased.For a long time,inter-generation companionship and nurturing is a common social phenomenon in the traditional Chinese family model,and it has attracted widespread attention from the society.The scene of inter-generation parent-child fitness frequently appears in public communities,and now it has become a kind of inter-generation companion and nurturing life normal.However,the current fitness products on the market have not yet fully met the needs of young people and children to participate in fitness exercises.Based on this background,how to realize that the elderly and children participate in fitness exercises and improve the quality of healthy life of grandparents and grandchildren is a topic worthy of in-depth research.The research purpose of this subject is to propose a new generational fitness product design based on the background of inter-generational companionship,in order to meet the behavioral needs and psychological expectations of the elderly and children in fitness exercises.Firstly,through domestic and foreign literature combing the basic situation of intergenerational care and intergenerational fitness,classifying and discussing the current status of the use of fitness products on the market,and discovering the shortcomings of current fitness products for the elderly and children.With the help of desktop surveys and field surveys,we collected five generations of users as samples,observed and recorded user fitness scenes,actors,and use processes respectively,explored the behavioral needs and opportunities of fitness for generations of users,and used the user journey map tool.,To sort out the key behaviors and psychological and emotional changes of the elderly and children in the fitness scene,gain insight into the meaning and needs of users’ fitness behaviors,and clarify the functional definition of intergenerational fitness products.Combining user behavior model tools to analyze the fitness behaviors of users across generations,build product interaction design models,and output the design of interaction methods for generations of fitness products.Finally,according to the functional principle and related ergonomics human body size data,complete the design of the next-generation fitness product.From the perspective of generational fitness,this topic proposes a new direction for fitness product design.Explore the diversity of functions,interactive forms and modeling structures of intergenerational fitness products to realize the j oint fitness exercise of the elderly and children,and provide a better fitness experience for the elderly and children.
