| With the rapid development of power industry,the construction of transmission tower has been spread all over the country,which brings great convenience to people’s production and life.The ecological priority and green development road vigorously implemented by the state not only benefits human beings,but also the habitat environment of birds is effectively protected.The increasing number of birds resident,defecating and settling down on transmission towers pose a great threat to the normal operation of distribution lines.In view of this problem,power grid operation and maintenance workers and relevant experts have put forward a variety of solutions,such as installing bird stab prevention and intelligent bird repeller to prevent the birds from moving around the tower.Although these schemes can maintain the line safety to some extent,the installation cost of bird repeller is high,and the time and scope of operation are limited.Moreover,China has a vast territory and a great power grid coverage,it is difficult to install bird repellent equipment on each tower.Aiming at the current situation of increasingly serious bird damage in power grids,this paper focuses on the construction of a bird damage risk assessment model for overhead transmission lines.At the same time,a set of Browser/Service(B/S)based on this model is designed and developed.The distribution map software of bird damage risk in the power grid can provide auxiliary decision-making for the power grid operation and maintenance personnel in the installation of bird repellent devices and manual inspections,so as to carry out targeted bird damage prevention and control work.The contributions of this paper in the research and application of the power grid bird damage risk assessment model are as follows:(1)Based on the collected bird damage data of a typical transmission line in a power supply bureau of Guangdong power grid from 2018 to 2020,the main factors affecting bird damage in power grid are studied from the aspects of geographical environment,voltage level and tower structure,etc.The classification standard of bird damage risk level of transmission tower and the relationship between bird damage risk and distance between transmission tower and geographical environment are given.At the same time,based on the appeal work,the collected bird damage data were preprocessed,and the original data set of bird damage risk assessment was constructed.(2)Aiming at the problem of frequent bird damage failures in power grid but slow progress of bird damage risk assessment technology,this paper compares the current popular classification algorithms,uses the random forest(RF)algorithm based on ensemble learning method to build bird damage risk assessment model,and uses K-means clustering algorithm(K-means)to optimize the model,and the simulation results show that the method can effectively improve the classification effect of the model.(3)The comparative experiments with decision tree model,traditional random forest model and other common classification algorithms are completed,and the reliability of the model is verified by a variety of evaluation indexes.(4)Aiming at the problems of insufficient monitoring measures and low efficiency of bird damage prevention in power grid,this paper designs and develops a set of software of bird damage distribution map based on B/S architecture by using the established bird damage risk assessment model of transmission line,which can monitor the bird damage risk level of towers in different regions.By observing the bird damage distribution map,the operation and maintenance staff of power grid can carry out targeted manual inspection and installation of bird prevention devices,so as to further improve the efficiency of bird driving. |
