Because of the continuous consume of the fossil and other non-renewable energy sources,new energy materials have always been the direction of our exploration.Perovskite material is the absorber layer of the third generation of new solar cells,due to the advantages like excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE),low fabrication cost,solution preparation method and so on,perovskite has become one of the hottest materials in the area of solar cells.Recently,the highest PCE of single perovskite solar cells exceeds 25%,which is comparable with silicon solar cells.However,the highest PCE is still lower than the maximum value of the theoretical calculation.For perovskite solar cells,the photoelectric conversion efficiency of hybrid perovskite solar cells is mainly determined by the quality of perovskite film.Thus,we focus on perovskite films fabrication technology in ambient atmosphere and revolve around the performance of perovskite photovoltaic devices,as follows:In this thesis paper,we demonstrate one step spin-coating method to fabricate high quality perovskite films by using mix-antisolvent process.And we synthesized tin-oxide nanoparticles as electron transport layer by low temperature hydrothermal method.The mix-antisolvent of ethyl acetate(EA)and diethyl ether(DE)were found to be able to regulate the grain size by controlling the crystalline growth velocity during annealing.With the analyze of XRD and SEM,it can be confirmed that better crystallinity of perovskite film was achieved by using appropriate ratio of mix-antisolvent.The results of SCLC and EIS indicate that the defect density and charge recombination were effectively reduced when using mix-antisolvent during fabrication.Thus,plane structure perovskite solar cells(FTO/SnO2/CH3NH3PbI3/Spiro-OMeTAD/Ag)with high performance of 18.77%was achieved.By using the process of mix-antisolvent of EA and DE,we successfully fabricated dense perovskite films under high humidity of 90%and the corresponding devices have the efficiency exceeding 16%.This study shows that EA/DE mixed anti-solvent process can be used to prepare high quality perovskite films in ambient atmosphere and provides a new path for the fabrication of highly efficient perovskite solar cells in high humidity.
