In recent years,relying on the unique characteristics of the coastline,China has vigorously developed offshore wind power,and the proportion of installed capacity of offshore wind power has increased with the years.The interconnection of large-scale offshore wind power will inevitably affect the stability of the system,and the reverse peak load regulation characteristics of offshore wind power also will aggravate the peak regulation pressure of the system,causing a large amount of wind curtailment and resulting in the waste of part of offshore wind power resources.In the context of a new round of electricity market reform,the rapidly developing electrochemical energy storage technology can give full play to its characteristics such as quick response,large regulation range and bidirectional regulation,providing a new idea for large-scale offshore wind power interconnection and absorption.Electrochemical energy storage with corresponding capacity for offshore wind farms can effectively solve the randomness and volatility of offshore wind power output,but the construction,operation and maintenance costs of electrochemical energy storage are still high,which restricts the development of electrochemical energy storage for offshore wind power.Therefore,under the background of the existing power auxiliary service market,this paper carries out a strategy study on the joint participation of offshore wind power and electrochemical energy storage in the auxiliary service of frequency modulation and peak regulation,so as to improve the absorption rate of offshore wind power and the economic and social benefits of the combined system.In the aspect of strategy research on offshore wind power and energy storage participating in the auxiliary service of frequency modulation,this paper introduces fuzzy theory to deal with the uncertainty of large-scale offshore wind power output,changes the deterministic constraints of offshore wind power output into the uncertainty constraints under fuzzy parameters,forms the fuzzy chance constraints of offshore wind power output with triangular fuzzy parameters combined with credibility theory,and carries out clear class equivalent transformation.Based on the existing compensation measures of electrochemical energy storage participating in frequency regulation,considering the combined offshore wind power and energy storage system to participate in the energy market and electrochemical energy storage to participate in the auxiliary service of frequency modulation,a strategic research model of the combined offshore wind power and energy storage system based on fuzzy chance constraints is established.The validity and feasibility of the model are verified by an example.In the aspect of strategy research on offshore wind power and energy storage participating in the auxiliary service of peak modulation,aiming at fully exploring the economy of electrochemical energy storage for offshore wind power,this paper analyzes the existing rules of electrochemical energy storage participating in peak shaving compensation,and considers that offshore wind power,electrochemical energy storage and thermal power units constitute a joint system,in which the benefits of offshore wind power and electrochemical energy storage joint system are the largest,the variance of output power fluctuation of offshore wind power and electrochemical energy storage joint system is the smallest,and the output power of thermal power generator is the smallest in order to minimize the total running cost of the group,a multi-objective strategy research model is established.The hierarchical and normalized methods are used to simplify the multi-objective,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the bi-level optimization model.The effectiveness of the improved genetic algorithm and the rationality of the model are verified by an example.The research results of this paper have been applied to the science and technology project for a provincial company of State Grid.
