With the development of my country’s water conservancy and hydropower construction,concrete faced rockfill dams have become a popular new type of dam in the past decade.The concrete face rockfill dam has the characteristics of local materials,convenient construction and low cost,and has been widely used in the construction of water conservancy projects in my country.This paper studies the three systems of earth and rock allocation,transportation,and dam surface filling during the construction of a concrete faced rockfill dam,and expounds the interrelationship between them and their respective characteristics.The relationship between the various elements in the earthwork allocation system is studied,and the material matching,traffic roads and other factors in the allocation process are combined to establish an earthwork allocation model.Through the optimization solution,the allocation amount from the supply source to the receiving source in different periods can be obtained.And carry out the statistics of the upper dam on the supply source and receiving area.Adopting the cyclic queue theory,comprehensively considering factors such as construction progress at various periods,roads on the dam,and simulating the material supply road in the transportation system to determine the combination of machinery and the utilization of machinery,and statistics on the strength of the dam,waiting in line,and vehicles Parameters such as operating conditions will ultimately determine the optimal resource allocation plan.Due to the influence of many factors,the dam filling system needs to comprehensively consider the constraints of rainfall,the rise of adjacent areas,flood control and flood control,and adopt different organizational operations according to the construction technology of each filling area on the dam surface.By simulating the filling progress of the dam,the specific construction nodes,monthly construction intensity,monthly rising height,and the start and end time of filling of each filling layer were obtained.Finally,relying on the face rockfill dam of the upper reservoir of a pumped storage power station,the dynamic allocation of earth and rock,the optimization of construction resource allocation,and the construction progress of the face rockfill dam were proposed,and the Microsoft Visual Studio C# 3D visualization of the face rockfill dam was developed.The simulation system achieves the goals of simulation of the construction filling schedule plan,and at the same time can provide a reference for other similar projects.
