The computer monitoring and control system of hydropower station is a comprehensive automatic system which can monitor,control,measure and collect the equipment of the whole hydropower station through the computer server.It plays a vital role in the whole power station automation and control system.This paper makes an in-depth study on the control logic optimization of the computer monitoring system of a hydropower station.It is found that there are some problems in the hydropower station,such as inaccurate automatic head measurement,abnormal AVC regulation and missing general alarm of accidents.Through the methods of literature retrieval,system analysis and field test,some measures are put forward,such as optimizing automatic head calculation by the mutual function of monitoring system network,optimizing AVC parameters of the whole plant according to PID control principle,and realizing the total function of accident by combining the script logic of upper computer and PLC control logic of lower computer.The automatic head control logic of the whole plant,the AVC functional logic of the whole plant and the total accident functional logic are optimized.The field test results verify the effectiveness of the control logic optimization,ensure the safe and stable operation of the power station,and achieve the goal of optimizing the control logic of the computer monitoring system.
