There are many quality problems in the process of dam concrete construction,the harm caused by quality accidents is great,and the treatment of quality accidents is difficult to achieve the expected effect;there are many researches on quality inspection,quality optimization,quality acceptance,but few on the real quality control technology;the existing quality control technology is widely used in engineering practice,but in the quality control field There are few theoretical studies on control.Therefore,it is necessary to study the new theory and technology of dam concrete construction quality control.The main contents of this paper are as follows(1)Aiming at the boundlessness of quality gain-loss function,this paper puts forward an inverted normal quality gain-loss function model,and constructs an inverted normal quality gain-loss function model with constant compensation and hyperbolic tangent compensation.On this basis,it designs the inverted normal quality gain-loss function model with larger-the-bettet and smaller-the-better quality characteristics,and constructs a multivariate inverted normal quality gain-loss function model with multiple sub quality indexes The practicability of the inverted normal quality gain-loss function model is verified through the analysis of an example.(2)Based on the grey system theory and the inverted normal quality gain-loss function,the grey quality gain-loss function model is proposed,and the grey quality gain-loss function model with constant compensation and hyperbolic tangent compensation is constructed;the grey quality gain-loss function model with larger-thebettet and smallr-the-better quality characteristics is designed,and the grey quality gain-loss function model with multiple sub quality indexes is constructed;the grey quality gain-loss function model is proposed.The concept of quality gain-loss cost is introduced,and the practicability of the grey quality gain-loss function model is verified through the analysis of an example.(3)Based on the analysis of engineering specifications and process capability,the optimization model of engineering specifications boundary is put forward by comprehensively considering inspection cost,scrap cost and grey quality gain-loss cost.The practicability of the model is verified by an example.
