Abstract/Summary:
Aiming at the problems of single function,poor experience and poor use effect of the existing rehabilitation products for lower limb muscle strength impairment,and the problems of lower limb rehabilitation aids focusing on physical effects and ignoring the impact of patients’ mental and emotional effects on the rehabilitation effect,this article discusses user emotions and From the perspective of rehabilitation experience,the use of emotion recognition technology based on physiological signals focuses on the negative emotions of patients during rehabilitation and regulates emotions through the relief function,helping patients to achieve the goal of overall physical and psychological rehabilitation as soon as possible.First,combined with embodied cognition theory,using emotion as the starting point,the multi-modal physiological emotion monitoring technology is applied to the product design of lower limb rehabilitation physiotherapy equipment.Then,analyze the physiological structure of the lower limbs and the characteristics of joint force,and use ergonomics to constrain the product functional structure and ergonomic dimensions.Secondly,for existing lower limb rehabilitation products,analyze problems in terms of function,shape,color,human-computer interaction,etc.,build user portraits and experience maps to deeply dig out user emotional needs,and transform user needs into functional elements based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory.Then,the analytic hierarchy process is used to screen the design elements and determine the functional innovation points.Subsequently,combined with the product modeling image theory knowledge,the product design plan was improved from the aspects of shape,color,material,etc.,and the relevant interface of the APP interactive platform was constructed.Thirdly,through video-induced emotions,using lower limb experimental samples in three modes of sitting,passive,and active rehabilitation,the four emotions of sadness,irritability,neutrality and joy are used to conduct experimental research on the changes of physiological parameters of blood pressure and heart rate.Finally,perform user satisfaction evaluation on the product and APP design,and use the finite element Ansys simulation software to analyze the force of the seat and lower limb rehabilitation structure in the final design plan to verify the rationality and feasibility of the product.Combined with embodied cognition theory,the application of multi-modal physiological emotion recognition technology in lower limb rehabilitation physiotherapy is of great significance for formulating appropriate rehabilitation treatment plans and adjusting the patient’s emotions and behaviors.It can improve the patient’s presence in multiple dimensions through the relief function.The experience of using rehabilitation products can be used as a reference and guidance for the design of related medical products.
