| In recent years,the quality of products has attracted attention from all walks of life.In the Made in China 2025 plan,product quality control and quality management are also regarded as important strategic tasks.Therefore,reliability engineering continues to develop and progress.As the core component of the hydraulic system,the reliability of the gear pump is directly related to the stability of the hydraulic system,thus affecting the reliability of the project.The reliability evaluation method of hydraulic pump based on traditional life test has a long time and high cost,which cannot meet the actual needs of reliability evaluation.A reliability evaluation method can collect product performance degradation data,start with the change law of performance degradation data over time,analyze product reliability,and provide a new method for hydraulic pump reliability evaluation.In the performance degradation reliability evaluation,the reliability evaluation and life prediction method based on the random process can more effectively evaluate the reliability of the gear pump performance degradation data.In order to explore the laws of the performance degradation data of gear pumps and accurately realize the life prediction and reliability evaluation of gear pumps,this paper first explores the reliability modeling method based on stochastic process,and analyzes Wiener stochastic process,Gamma stochastic process and inverse The pros and cons of the basic stochastic process model of Gaussian stochastic process,the inverse Gaussian model is determined as the reliability modeling method of this paper.After that,the MCMC parameter estimation method based on Bayesian theory and the test method of accelerated performance degradation test are explored.Constant stress accelerated test is selected as the accelerated test method in this paper,and the inverse power law model is determined as the accelerated degradation model of gear pump.Next,this article starts with the external gear pump,the core component of the FAST hydraulic actuator.On the basis of the inverse Gaussian random process model,considering the acceleration degradation factor and random effect parameters,the reliability model of the gear pump is established,and the MCMC parameters are adopted.The estimation method estimates the model parameters and judges the convergence,and completes the reliability assessment of the gear pump.Subsequently,through the gear pump reliability model established in this paper,the reliability curve,life distribution curve and probability density curve of the gear pump are obtained,and co MPared with the reliability model whose pseudo life distribution obeys Weibull,it proves that this paper proposes The advantages of the reliability modeling method.After that,based on the reliability modeling method based on the inverse Gaussian random process proposed in this paper,the life of the gear pump,the key component of the FAST hydraulic actuator,was predicted.Finally,the reliability sensitivity of the model proposed in this paper is analyzed.The reliability modeling method based on random process proposed in this subject has deeply studied the reliability evaluation of gear pumps,realized the life prediction of gear pumps,and provided a new direction for the reliability evaluation and life prediction of external gear pumps.And ideas. |
