Research On The Optimization Of Aboveground And Underground Interaction Design Of Public Intermediary Space In Urban Center

With the acceleration of urbanization,the rapid increase of urban population,environmental degradation and land shortage have become the common thorny problems faced by all large cities in modern times,especially in the most dynamic urban center with limited land resources.With the increasing demand for land in urban construction,land is forced to show a tendency of high intensity development.Drived by the process of industrialization and urbanization,the scale of underground space has expanded rapidly.China’s underground space construction has been growing at an average annual rate of20%,and about 60% of the underground space has been constructed.This paper takes the aboveground and underground public intermediary Spaces as the entry point to discuss the vertical integration and transformation relationship between the upper and lower public Spaces on the urban ground.The rapid pace of development has the most serious impact on the non-profit urban public space,which reduces the operational efficiency of the city.At present,there are public Spaces in the urban center,such as above ground and below ground,which are independent of each other,inadequate utilization of resources,low integration of structure and layout,and backward design ideas.The space function organization is unreasonable,the space form attraction is weak,the landscape environment quality is poor,the space vigor and enthusiasm is poor,the public service facility is lacking;Therefore,this paper puts forward the concept of above-ground and underground interaction,takes the public intermediary space in the city center as the research object of up-down interaction,and discusses the relevance,permeability and participation of the up-down space.Through the interaction and collaboration of the above-ground and underground public Spaces,the land utilization rate of the city center is improved,the public interests of the urban space are guaranteed,the overall linkage development of the above-ground and underground public Spaces is promoted,and people’s needs for a better life are met.This paper sorts out the development of urban center in China and the current problems of aboveground and underground public space,discusses the inevitability of the interactive research of aboveground and underground public space,and emphasizes the value of the research of public intermediary space.The second part of the paper is the basic analysis,theory introduction and case study of the public intermediary space,corresponding to the second,third and fourth chapters of the paper.This paper sorts out and compares the related concepts of the above-ground and underground public intermediary space in the urban center,and summarizes the types and manifestations of the public intermediary space.Based on the edge effect,interaction theory and environmental behavior theory,this paper analyzes the connotation of interaction,explores the relationship between public intermediary space and interaction connotation at the level of environment as a whole,space ontology and behavior activity,and analyzes the corresponding influencing factors of interaction.Planar and complex public intermediary space summarized in the previous study.Paper of three parts as the principle and strategy research,corresponding to the article in chapter 5 and 6,put forward the upper and lower linkage integration,city composite function,network of transport links and space transitionThe research of this paper is of great significance in the city center and the integrated development of aboveground and underground space.It provides a thinking Angle from the perspective of urban design,and provides a certain theoretical framework and method reference for the interactive research of public intermediary space in the city center.
