Community Park Restorative Environment From The Perspective Of Children Design Strategy Research

The study pressure and mental burden of modern children are becoming heavier and heavier,which will harm their physical and mental health in the long run.Kaplan proposes that environments with addictiveness,physical escape,compatibility,malleability and mental escape allow people to recover from states of mental fatigue and stress.Community park is the most convenient outdoor environment for children living in cities to get close to nature and relax nearby.This study selected four community park in chongqing,the use of children’s version of restorative evaluation questionnaire as assessment tool,the use of child photograph experiment and the image semantic segmentation,likert scale quantitative methods will be children’s perception of factors such as characteristics,build a theoretical model and using AMOS software path coefficient analysis,then the influence of children’s perspective of community park restorative environment path as well as the correlation relationship between each factor and restorative environment.Based on this,the design strategy is put forward,and the planning practice is carried out with the example of Xingguang Community Park in Chongqing.Firstly,combined with the literature review and related concept research,the individual and environmental factors that may affect the environmental assessment of resilience were sorted out,which were divided into six categories and 20 sub-categories.The theoretical model is constructed and the research hypothesis is put forward.Secondly,empirical research.The factors were quantified by questionnaire,Shannon Wiener index,SD semantic scale,children’s photographic experiment and image semantic segmentation method.Based on the basic analysis of the survey results,the individual and environmental factors affecting the environmental evaluation of resilience were obtained,which were divided into six categories and 16 sub-categories.Thirdly,empirical analysis.AMOS software was used to analyze the path coefficient of the theoretical model,and Bootstrap method was used to test the mediating effect.Two paths for the existence of restorative environment in community parks from the perspective of children were obtained,namely path 1: individual and environmental factors → evaluation of restorative environment → evaluation of health benefits;Path 2: individual and environmental factors → site dependence → recovery environmental evaluation → health benefit evaluation,and site dependence plays a mediating role.From the perspective of factors,the influence of each factor on the five dimensions of the environmental assessment of resilience was obtained through Pearce correlation analysis.Finally,according to the above conclusion,children’s perspective of the five design strategy of community park restorative environment,namely the increase fan community park humanity,build the body of children in the community park dissociation,and children’s compatible community park environment,creating children’s psychological escape from the atmosphere and enhance the ductility of community park,and applied to star community park project design.Through the discussion of individual basic characteristics,travel characteristics,natural characteristics,perceptual characteristics,facility characteristics,location characteristics,place attachment and children’s restorative environmental evaluation,this paper combines the planning discipline with the field of public health effectively,and provides guidance and suggestions for the future planning and design of community parks.
