Wireless power transmission technology(WPT)is a technology to realize wireless energy transmission in the form of electromagnetic field.The application of wireless power transmission technology in the equipment can reduce the wired contact in the charging process,and avoid manual battery replacement or wired plug-in link.Therefore,the closed wireless charging function is more reliable and safe.Today,UAV is widely used,wireless power transmission technology can solve the problem of UAV charging.When UAV landing,it needs to rely on the positioning function to dock on the wireless charging airport.Due to the error of positioning accuracy and docking control accuracy,it will lead to inaccurate docking position and offset.Due to the small size of UAV itself,the size of coupling mechanism is small At this time,the offset will reduce the coupling degree of the coupling mechanism,and then reduce the efficiency of the radio power transmission system,affecting the normal work of the system.Therefore,in order to improve the stability of the system,it is necessary to design and optimize the coupling mechanism of UAV wireless charging system.Taking a specific UAV as an example,combined with its structure,the loading position of the coupling mechanism and the design requirements of the coupling mechanism are explained,and a lightweight coupling mechanism with strong anti deflection is designed.In this paper,the coupling mechanism of UAV wireless charging system and the problems between lightweight and offset are studied.By analyzing the structure characteristics of UAV,the restriction conditions of coupling mechanism optimization are explained.Then the coil model is established by COMSOL simulation software to analyze the characteristics of coupling mechanism.The restriction condition is that the coil uses the same amount of wire,By comparing the parameters of the coupling mechanism and the anti offset performance of the coupling mechanism,the strong anti offset performance of the designed coupling mechanism is illustrated.By analyzing and comparing the performance of the coupling mechanism,a composite coupling mechanism is proposed,and its advantages are verified by simulation modeling analysis,On the basis of the composite coupling mechanism,the optimization objective design optimization method is proposed to optimize the parameters of the coupling mechanism,and the feasibility of the method is verified by simulation calculation.Then the physical system is built to verify the performance of the designed wireless charging system.This paper provides a reference for the design of coupling mechanism of UAV wireless charging system.
