The grounding grid is a crutial facility for maintaining the normal and stable operation of electrical equipment and ensuring the safety of workers. It is buried underground, and it is prone to corrosion when running in a complex soil environment, which reduces its good performance and threatens the stability of the power system. However, the large-scale excavation adopted by the traditional method is blind and wastes manpower and financial resources, and affects the normal use of power users. In order to be able to perform efficient and accurate corrosion diagnosis on the grounding grid without power outage and large area excavation, this paper proposes an improved Cuckoo Search Algorithm(Dynamic Adaptation Cuckoo Search,DACS),which is applied to the corrosion diagnosis equation based on the principle of electrical network Solving, and use MATLAB to write the corresponding corrosion diagnosis program.First, conduct a corrosion diagnosis simulation study on the experimental grounding grid of 60 branches. The results show that the corrosion of a single branch can be diagnosed successfully at one time and the results are accurate;the results obtained after the second diagnosis of the corrosion of multiple branches meet the acceptable error range of engineering applications. Then, taking the corrosion in the multi-branch area as an example, the DACS is compared with the previous intelligent algorithms for corrosion diagnosis simulation to verify the superiority of the more efficient and accurate method proposed in this paper. Then the method proposed in this paper is applied to the actual 110 k V substation grounding grid corrosion diagnosis, the diagnosis results obtained after six diagnosis, the error is within the acceptable range, and further the DACS-based corrosion diagnosis method in the actual application The validity was verified. In addition, the actual 110 kV substation grounding grid is used as the simulation object, and the main influencing factors encountered in the actual corrosion diagnosis process are analyzed in detail. The ground down conductor offset is divided into two types: single node offset and multi-node offset.During the discussion, five types of conductors in the cable trench were selected for specific analysis, and corresponding suggestions were given to reduce the interference caused by these two influencing factors, thereby improving the accuracy of corrosion diagnosis.
