| Based on the national key R &D project,in order to improve the dynamic response speed and control accuracy of suspension actuator,the dynamic characteristic parameters and control strategy design of active suspension system actuator based on electro-hydraulic servo control are studied Research.Because the suspension actuator of the emergency rescue vehicle is the common actuator of the active suspension mode and the passive suspension mode,this research has important value to improve the ride comfort and safety of the vehicle.Firstly,this paper analyzes the structure and principle of the active suspension hydraulic actuator control system,establishes the mathematical model of the servo control system,and studies the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic actuator control system.Secondly,the sensitivity analysis method is used to analyze the influence of various parameters in the hydraulic system of active suspension hydraulic actuator on the dynamic characteristics of the system.The sensitivity time history curve of various parameters is obtained by using computer simulation tools,and the influence degree of various influencing factors on the control performance is quantified to measure the influence of various parameters on the dynamic performance of the system,and to determine the parameters The main and secondary parameters that affect the dynamic performance.Thirdly,for the defects of poor dynamic performance and response lag of hydraulic actuator,an adaptive controller is designed to optimize the actuator.The random road model and the dynamic model of active suspension front axle are established.Then,the canopy damping control strategy is applied to the active suspension control.The damping coefficient of the ceiling can be adjusted online by fuzzy control strategy.According to the motion of the car body,the fuzzy controllers are designed respectively;the active / passive suspension system model is simulated and analyzed by using Matlab / Simulink.Finally,in order to verify the dynamic response performance of the designed suspension actuator and the effectiveness of the control strategy,the response tests under the following signals of step,square wave and sinusoidal signal are carried out on the electro-hydraulic servo control single actuator test-bed.The test results show that the dynamic response performance and control strategy of the actuator basically meet the design requirements. |
