The design is based on the foundation pit supporting project of Chengdu International Plaza as the original material,and the design problem also comes from this.The Chengdu international square project is to be built.The project is No.27-31 of the two section of the people’s middle road in Chengdu.The north is the Central Bank of China,the south is the 5-6 storey office building,the East is the 5-7 storey residential building,and the west is close to the two section of the people’s middle road.The project is mainly composed of underground garage and high rise business building.The high-rise residence is the tower frame structure core tube,the basement part is the frame structure,the foundation adopts the raft foundation,has the underground garage with three layers,the foundation buried depth is about 16 meters,the ground has thirty-seven layers,belongs to a kind of high rise public buildings.First,we collate the engineering geological data and hydrological data,compile the engineering survey,understand the relevant technology at home and abroad,and demonstrate the technical feasibility according to the engineering geological data and the surrounding environment of the foundation pit,and select the three schemes of the pile anchor support,the underground continuous wall and the SMW method,and the design and calculation of the scheme.The project budget,through the technical feasibility,safety and reliability and the economic and rational comparison and analysis,determine the pile anchor support scheme,and optimize it.Finally,the construction organization design of the scheme is written. |
