| In recent years,my country’s construction industry has developed rapidly,and digital technology has been widely used in the construction industry.However,the current technical means of project quality supervision are relatively backward.The current construction acceptance data collection is still mainly carried out by traditional manual measurement,which is time-consuming,labor-intensive and easy.Misuse of misinformation,insufficient expression of size deviation and other shortcomings.Three-dimensional scanning technology has powerful advantages such as high efficiency,high precision,and high detection coverage.It has a good application prospect when combined with BIM technology in the acceptance of engineering component dimensions.However,there are few researches on section size deviation detection at present,and there is no complete detection application mode.Therefore,this article focuses on the three-dimensional scanning-based component section size detection and acceptance technology for the above problems.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Study the data collection and processing methods of concrete components.The point cloud data collection is realized by using the high-precision,full-site scanning scheme of the scanner without point cloud splicing;through statistical filtering and radius filtering algorithms,the noise points in the point cloud are removed,and the efficiency of subsequent data processing and analysis is improved.(2)A method for calculating the cross-sectional dimension deviation of all points of components based on "grid division" is proposed.The detection algorithm consists of a point cloud registration algorithm,a BIM model size calculation algorithm,a point cloud grid division algorithm,and a point cloud section size calculation algorithm,and the deviation value is visually displayed in the form of a deviation color pattern.(3)Experimental verification and engineering application have been carried out.1)For the simulated point cloud test without scanning error,the maximum error of the cross-sectional size is 0.003mm;2)The collected scanning point cloud is tested,and the non-conformity is accurately identified The correct rate of dimensional acceptance components reached 95.9%,which verified the rationality and reliability of the algorithm proposed in this paper.3)The engineering application was carried out on the actual engineering site,and the results showed that the parts where the component had problems can be quickly identified,and the detected areas that did not meet the specifications were consistent with the actual situation.And suggested the value method of grid division size.(4)Constructed a concrete component cross-section size detection system based on3 D scanning and BIM technology,and proposed the concrete component size detection process used in actual engineering,and provided an overall size detection implementation plan for actual use.This research provides a feasible scheme for the cross-sectional size inspection of concrete components,which can quickly find the parts that do not meet the acceptance specifications,and all parties to the project can better control the quality of the project,thereby helping to improve and improve the quality of construction.At the same time,it provides technical support for the rapid,accurate and full acceptance of the engineering structure. |
