| Unbalance of the wind turbines is a major cause of the vibration of the wind turbine sets.Therefore,the diagnosis of wind turbine unbalance has an important engineering significance for the safety and stable operation of wind turbine sets.Wind turbine unbalance faults are mainly divided into mass unbalance and aerodynamic unbalance.The two kinds of unbalance faults have different characteristics in the vibration signal of the nacelle.Common signal-based analysis methods,such as Fast Fourier Transform(FFT),Wavelet Transform(WT),Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD)and other methods used in online diagnosis need to collect and store a certain length of data,and require a large amount of calculation,which would affect the timeliness of diagnosis.The diagnosis strategy based on adaptive notch filter(ANF)and adaptive Kalman filter(AKF)proposed in this paper can meet the unbalance diagnosis needs of wind turbines under complex and changeable working conditions,and guarantees the accuracy and rapidity of the diagnosis.Therefore this paper is based on ANF and AKF to study the wind turbine unbalance diagnosis methods,design and realize the micro service of wind turbine unbalance diagnosis.This paper mainly works from the following aspects:(1)Based on the mechanism of wind turbine,the dynamic characteristics of mass unbalance and aerodynamic unbalance of wind turbine are analyzed,and the vibration spectrum characteristics of the two kinds of unbalance are determined,thus the unbalance vibration diagnosis process is established.(2)Aiming at the requirement of fast real-time diagnosis of wind turbine,the vibration feature tracking methods based on ANF and AKF are proposed,and the effectiveness,convergence performance and robustness of the methods are analyzed.Carry out tests on the FAST simulation platform to analyze the effectiveness,convergence performance and robustness of the method.(3)Based on the fault diagnosis method proposed in this paper,design and realize the wind turbine unbalance fault diagnosis micro service,which integrates the traditional FFT method,and ANF and AKF method proposed in this paper,and gives examples of the whole diagnosis process of wind turbine unbalance fault. |
