Gear transmission is one of the most important forms of mechanical transmission.It relies on the mutual promotion of gear teeth to transmit motion and power.It is an extremely important key basic component in the equipment manufacturing and defense industry.With the wide application of small modulus gears in precision machinery,smart home and other fields,higher performance requirements such as low noise and high load-bearing capacity are put forward for small modulus gear transmissions.Therefore,to carry out research on the meshing theory,design,and manufacturing of new small modulus gears has important engineering practical value.The constructed tooth pairs with curve-surface is a new type of gear transmission based on the meshing theory with curve-surface.It has been successfully applied in the aerospace field.Its center distance error adaptability and tooth surface load-bearing capacity are very suitable for the field of small modulus gears.Therefore,it has important theoretical significance and engineering practical value to carry out the application research of the small modulus line face structure gear.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the theory of meshing with curve-surface,the mathematical derivation of the basic principles of small-modulus constructed tooth pairs with curve-surface is carried out,including the establishment of a curve-surface meshing space coordinate system,solving the relative motion speed,solving the contact direction of a given curve,and deriving The meshing equation and meshing line are then used to form the gear tooth surface using the equidistant enveloping method,and the steps to establish an accurate three-dimensional model of the small modulus constructed tooth pairs with curve-surface are given.(2)Propose the design method of the small modulus constructed tooth pairs with curve-surface,and give a specific design example.On this basis,the research on the tooth profile modification of the constructed tooth pairs with curve-surface was completed,the determination of the modification parameters,the modification method and the establishment of the modification model were completed,and the tooth contact of the constructed tooth pairs with curve-surface was also given.The specific solution process is analyzed,and the meshing trajectory and transmission error of the meshing pair under several center distance errors are obtained,so as to optimize the design parameters.(3)The finite element analysis of the meshing pair of small modulus constructed tooth pairs with curve-surface and small-module involute helical gear was carried out,and the contact characteristics of the two gear pairs were compared and analyzed,and the constructed tooth pairs with curve-surface was verified Point contact characteristics.(4)Developed a tooth design software of small-modulus constructed tooth pairs with curve-surface,introduced all the software development processes,and demonstrated the software operation process,and realized the function of tooth surface data points and gear geometric parameters of standard and modified constructed tooth pairs with curve-surface can be derived.(5)Taking the gearbox of a sweeping robot as the research object,a small-modulus constructed tooth pairs with curve-surface was designed,and the processing of the small-module constructed tooth pairs with curve-surface and the subsequent noise test and analysis of the gearbox were realized.The application of constructed tooth pairs with curve-surface in the field of small modulus transmission has laid the foundation.
