Energy is basic condition for the survival and development of human society.China is rich in hydropower resources.In recent years,the development of hydropower resources is still improving.Because of its structural stability,safety and reliability,underground powerhouse is widely used in hydropower station construction.As an important part of the underground powerhouse of hydropower station,the main function of ventilation and air conditioning system is to adjust the internal environment of the powerhouse,ensure the normal operation of equipment and the safety of personnel.The energy consumption of air conditioning system in underground powerhouse of hydropower station is large,while the water temperature in deep reservoir of hydropower station is low and the fluctuation is small.If it is reasonably applied to ventilation and air conditioning system,the energy consumption of ventilation and air conditioning system can be significantly reduced.Based on the investigation and analysis of the application of reservoir water in domestic hydropower stations,this paper summarizes three typical ways of reservoir water in air conditioning system: as the cooling water of chiller,as the cooling water of direct expansion air conditioning equipment,as the cold source of combined air conditioning unit,and establishes the life cycle cost evaluation model of ventilation and air conditioning system in underground powerhouse of hydropower station using reservoir water.This paper analyzes the economic cost of the air conditioning system in the underground powerhouse from the time of equipment purchase to the end of the life cycle of the air conditioning equipment.First of all,this paper analyzes the particularity of underground powerhouse of hydropower station from three aspects of hub structure,heat dissipation distribution characteristics and ventilation and air conditioning system characteristics.Combining various application forms of reservoir water with the characteristics of underground powerhouse of hydropower station,16 air conditioning schemes are put forward.The characteristics of each air conditioning scheme are analyzed.At the same time,according to the process of ventilation and air conditioning system,the determination methods of air volume and cooling capacity of each air conditioning scheme are deduced.Secondly,life cycle cost analysis method is introduced to analyze the composition of life cycle cost of air conditioning system in underground powerhouse of hydropower station.At the same time,this paper analyzes the air-conditioning equipment using reservoir water.By collecting and sorting the equipment data on the market,the correction model of the performance of water chiller with the change of cooling water and chilled water temperature and the correction model of the performance of water-cooled unit air conditioner with the change of air temperature and cooling water temperature are derived,the method and process of design calculation and check calculation of surface air cooler are arranged.Furthermore,the characteristics and calculation methods of several key parameters,such as reservoir water temperature,outdoor meteorological parameters,cooling effect of inlet tunnel and inner load,which affect the life cycle cost of air conditioning system in underground powerhouse of hydropower station,are described in this paper.On this basis,the calculation model and process of life cycle cost of air conditioning system in hydropower station are established,and it is programmed by Visual Basic.Finally,taking a hydropower station as an example,this paper analyzes the suitable application form of reservoir water in its air conditioning system by using the constructed life cycle cost model,and compares the most suitable scheme from the perspective of economy.At the same time,taking the underground powerhouse of the power station as the engineering condition,this paper analyzes the influence of different water temperature on the life cycle cost of each air conditioning scheme,and puts forward some suggestions on the application of reservoir water in the air conditioning system of the underground powerhouse under different water temperature conditions.
