The online key management and security authentication system is the core component of the national highway network toll platform.The current system was built in 2006,up to now,the technical architecture and functional design of the system have been unable to meet the new business needs such as domestic password algorithm migration,online device distribution,online recharge,online transaction,smart high-speed Internet of vehicles under the new charging mode of "withdrawing provincial boundary station".It is urgent to carry out technology restructuring,function expansion and password algorithm migration.Therefore,this paper studies the design and implementation of expressway network toll authentication platform based on microservice framework supporting heterogeneous development,single service upgrade and high concurrency cluster deployment and Chinese cryptographic algorithm.In this thesis,we first analyze the requirements of functional,non-functional and interface of the expressway network toll authentication platform,describe the structure of the key management,certificate application,issuance authentication,recharge authentication and transaction authentication function modules of the platform,and expound the processing procedures of key management,certificate management,issuance authentication,recharge authentication and transaction authentication.The structures of key management data table,certificate management data table,issue authentication data table,recharge authentication data table,and transaction authentication data table are designed.The optimized application and download certificate algorithm,identity authentication algorithm,device activation algorithm,and transaction authentication algorithm are proposed.The implementation methods of key management module,certificate management module,issue authentication module,recharge authentication module and transaction authentication module are described.Based on the above-mentioned work,and Springboot framework technology of microservice architecture,Linux and windows operating system,Oracle database management system,Intelli J IDEA,Rabbit MQ,Chinese cryptographic algorithm and cipher machine,the expressway network toll authentication platform is developed by using C# and Java programming.The experimental results show that the developed platform can improve the performance,security,and maintainability of the expressway toll system.The expressway network toll authentication platform can support the independent upgrade and release of sub service system which can be deployed automatically,reduce effectively the amount of data interaction by optimizing the identity authentication algorithm,and improve the verification speed and success rate.By batch processing device issuance and certificate application,the number of interactions is reduced to improve the business processing speed.The platform has been applied to the provincial network charge authentication business,and its operation effect is good.
