| Energy trading in the community plays an important role in promoting the level of distributed energy consumption and achieving the goals of "peak carbon dioxide emissions" and "carbon neutral".There are three main problems in the existing research on the operation strategy of community energy trading:(1)There is no interaction between the managers and the participants in the existing non game theory methods such as centralized optimization method in community energy management,and the consumption preferences of the participants are not considered;(2)The existing research on community energy trading for prosumerenergy operator management mode basically adopts the Stackelberg game method.Although this method ensures the flexibility of energy trading among users,it does not consider whether the social benefits are optimal,and users are in a passive position in the trading,which damages the fairness of the market to a certain extent;(3)The cooperative game method based on Shapley value is adopted for the problem of energy sharing among consumers in the community,although the social benefits are considered.However,with the increase of participants,there are problems such as complex calculation and long time.Based on Nash bargaining cooperative game theory,this paper studies the decisionmaking and benefit distribution of each subject under two transaction modes of wind power prosumers and consumers,energy operators and photovoltaic prosumers,and discusses the relationship between Nash bargaining solution and optimal solution of social benefits.The research contents of this study include the following two project tasks:(1)A two-stage optimization method based on Nash bargaining cooperative game theory is proposed to solve the problem of P2 P energy sharing transaction decision-making and benefit distribution between prosumers and consumers in the community.In the first stage of the optimization model,the goal is to maximize the social utility function to get whether users participate in P2 P energy sharing transactions and the optimal trading power.In the second stage of optimization model,based on the payment bargaining model,the optimal transaction payment under the optimal transaction quantity is analyzed.The two optimization problems are solved by distributed algorithm based on alternating direction multiplier method.The simulation results show that compared with individual optimization,the user benefit of the proposed method is higher under Nash bargaining cooperative game.(2)Aiming at the problem of energy trading between community energy managers and photovoltaic prosumers,an incentive mechanism based on Nash bargaining cooperative game theory is proposed to encourage users to actively participate in energy management.In the proposed method,as a comprehensive energy provider,the community energy manager(i.e.the energy operator in the community)is willing to give certain rewards to the prosumers to encourage them to cooperate with themselves.As the buyer or seller of energy,PV prosumers can bargain with community energy managers to determine the amount of electricity to maximize benefits.In this model,the relationship between prosumers and community energy managers is not a master-slave relationship,but a cooperative and mutually beneficial relationship.In addition,the relationship between Nash bargaining problem and social welfare function is analyzed.The analysis shows that the social optimal solution can be obtained by solving Nash bargaining problem.The simulation results show that compared with the Stackelberg game method,Nash bargaining cooperative game model can make photovoltaic producers and consumers and community energy managers get more benefits.The above two project tasks verify the effectiveness and superiority of Nash bargaining cooperative game method in the decision-making and benefit distribution of each subject under the two transaction modes of wind power prosumers and consumers,energy operators and photovoltaic prosumers in the community,which improves the benefits of each subject and ensures the optimality of social benefits.In addition,the Nash bargaining cooperative game method proposed in this paper not only has the advantages of cooperative game theory,that is,through the fair distribution of the cooperative surplus generated by the cooperative alliance,it has certain economic incentives for the participants,and can mobilize the enthusiasm of the participants to participate in cooperation,but also does not have the disadvantage of Shapley value(another branch of cooperative game theory). |
