| At present,the quality inspection of workpieces in mass production is still dominated by manual sampling inspection.Manual inspection is time-consuming and labor-intensive,and it is difficult to inspect all workpieces,and the cost of relevant data storage is high.In this paper,a process quality analysis system based on machine vision was built.The two-dimensional image of the workpiece was obtained based on machine vision,and the edge characteristics of the workpiece image were extracted.Then an improved pixel equivalent measurement algorithm was proposed to realize the high precision measurement of the workpiece size.According to the obtained workpiece size data,the control chart was used to monitor the quality of the workpieces.The main work and research contents of this paper are as follows :(1)In view of the current situation of mass production and manufacturing of workpieces in factories,the requirements of process quality control of workpiece products were analyzed,and the edge characteristics of workpiece images were studied.The requirements of workpiece process quality analysis system based on machine vision measurement technology were proposed.According to the specific requirements of the workpiece process quality analysis system,the system hardware selection,structural design and the overall framework of the machine vision process quality analysis system were built.(2)According to the obtained workpiece images,image denoising,binarization and edge detection were carried out,and the image quality was analyzed and compared.The fast positioning and edge detection methods suitable for workpiece images were studied,and simulation analysis was carried out.The image information of workpiece after camera calibration was studied,and an improved pixel equivalent measurement method was proposed.The accuracy and feasibility of the improved method were compared with the traditional pixel equivalent measurement method.(3)The data statistical process model of workpiece process quality was established.Compared with historical data and new process quality statistical data,the process quality-control chart model of workpiece was established to realize the monitoring and management of workpiece process quality.A calculation method of workpiece quality assessment was proposed.On this basis,a process quality control model based on SPC(Statistical Process Control)was established to realize the analysis and control of process quality.(4)The experimental platform of process quality analysis based on machine vision was built,and the process quality analysis system based on machine vision was developed.The feasibility and applicability of the system were verified by processing and analyzing the collected workpiece images.The industrial verification experiment was carried out to verify the practicability of the proposed method.There are 45 pictures,7 tables and 92 references. |
