| In recent years,with the development of China’s economy and the tightening of environmental protection policies,the price of labor and materials in the field of engineering construction has risen sharply,resulting in a large increase in the cost of engineering construction.Energy saving and emission reduction,quality and efficiency have become a challenge in the field of infrastructure construction in China.However,there are some problems in the field of engineering construction in our country at the present stage,such as the implementation of management mode,the imperfect supervision mechanism,the large waste of the scheme and the low level of information.The whole process audit of the construction project will help the construction unit,the design unit and the construction unit to improve the quality of the project,reduce the waste of the project,and plan the project funds reasonably.BIM(building information model)system has the characteristics of visual scheme,high degree of data integration,convenient information transmission and smooth department cooperation.It uses BIM technology to improve project participation in whole process audit,and helps the whole process audit to realize the goal of visual scheme,controllable process,verifiable results and replicable results.Through studying the BIM technology and the related theory of the whole process audit,this paper analyzes the present situation of the whole process audit,the influencing factors of the whole process audit and the obstacles of the application of the BIM technology in the whole process audit of the shantytown reconstruction project in Fengxian County,and studies the whole process audit scheme and method of the government investment project based on the BIM.An introduction is given to the concepts and applicable characteristics of the whole process audit and BIM,and their advantages,problems and application limitations are expounded.The factors affecting the construction unit,supervision unit,construction unit and audit unit of the whole process audit of the BIM are analyzed,and the obstacles affecting the application of the BIM in the whole process audit are combed.Combined with the general situation of construction of shantytown reconstruction project in Fengxian County,the parameterized model of component is established by using the BIM model of construction stage established,and the whole process audit of engineering change,pipeline optimization,quality management,safety management and schedule management is carried out,and the actual construction quantity is checked and compared.Finally,it is suggested to strengthen the research on the role of BIM in the whole process audit from the aspects of enhancing the awareness of audit institutions to use BIM technology,unifying the technical standards of each software provider BIM system,and improving the BIM technical ability of the personnel.Through the introduction of BIM technology in investment audit,expanding the audit scope and audit depth of the whole process audit in investment projects,promoting the extension of BIM technology to construction units,units and supervision units,and publicizing,extending and driving to planning and design,urban and rural construction and management,garden,transportation,agricultural water and other departments,It is helpful to explore the role of the application of BIM technology in audit in promoting intelligent construction and intelligent cities. |
