| Green and sustainable development has become the theme of today’s world development.As a means of transportation,cars provide convenience for people’s life and travel.However,the use of cars also consumes the existing energy resources and increases environmental pollution.Under the background of scientific and technological progress and environmental protection,the new energy vehicle industry arises at the historic moment.As the country attaches great importance to the green energy industry,the new energy vehicle industry has been taken as the key development object by the government.Government to encourage the development of new energy vehicles industry,since 2009,developed a series of preferential and subsidy policy,research and development of new energy automotive industry to help reduce the innovation cost and stability of the new energy automotive industry market,stimulate new energy automobile enterprise to develop the strong will of innovation,help enterprises to realize the good development,enhance their surplus sustained.For new energy vehicle enterprises,government subsidies have both benefits and drawbacks.Although government subsidies for new energy vehicle enterprises reduce the research and development costs of enterprises,some enterprises will use subsidy policies to make false production to achieve the purpose of cheating and disrupting the market order.In order to prevent the occurrence of such incidents as subsidy fraud,the Chinese government adjusted the government subsidy policy for the new energy vehicle industry in 2016,refined the criteria of government subsidy,and improved the standards for enterprises to receive subsidies.Since 2016,China has officially entered the post-subsidy era.Then after years of government subsidies and support,has the sustainability of earnings of new energy automobile enterprises been enhanced?Do government subsidies really promote the good development of enterprises?In the post-subsidy era of subsidy retreat,what measures should new energy vehicle enterprises take to deal with the gradual reduction of subsidies?These are real problems that need to be studied.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the impact of government subsidies on the earnings sustainability of new energy automobile enterprises.Selection based on the data availability and typicality and representative cases,this article selects both production for many years at the top of the list of yutong bus carries on the analysis to explore the sustainability of the government subsidies on new energy automobile enterprise surplus,to provide reference for other parts of the industry,is helpful for other enterprises in the era of subsidies to measures to realize the healthy and orderly development of new energy automotive industry,at the same time,the new energy automotive industry other enterprise also to have certain reference value.This paper mainly contains five parts,the first part introduces the research background,purpose and so on.The second part defines the related concepts.At the same time,the relevant theories are sorted out and the theoretical analysis path is summarized to pave the way for the following.The third part is the introduction of the case,first elaborates the reasons for the selection of the case,and then gives a brief introduction to the general situation of Yutong Bus,the government subsidies it receives and the technological innovation.Then it analyzes the development status of new energy vehicles in China at the present stage.The fourth part is a case study.Firstly,it elaborates the mechanism of government subsidies on enterprises,which is mainly the resource-propensity mechanism,that is,government subsidies can provide research and development fund support to enterprises through the resource-propensity mechanism,provide innovation resources,promote the innovation output of enterprises,and then have an impact on the persistence of earnings of enterprises.In the analysis of the impact of government subsidies on the sustainability of Yutong Bus’ s earnings,the government subsidy retreat in 2016 was taken as the dividing line,and the data of three years before and after the subsidy retreat were compared and analyzed through financial indicators.The fifth part is the conclusion and suggestion.Through the above analysis,the paper summarizes the impact of government subsidies on the earnings sustainability of Yutong Bus,and then puts forward corresponding suggestions from the government level and the enterprise level respectively. |
