The power system provides energy for the development of the national economy and has the effect of promoting social development.Equipment maintenance is an important means to improve the reliability of power systems.Transformers,as one of the power infrastructures,are the most common equipment in substation equipment.Due to their complex internal structure,long-term high-load operation and many other factors,the accident rate It is still high,so accurate diagnosis of transformer faults is extremely important for power maintenance companies.Through in-depth investigation and research on the maintenance branch of H Power Company,this article has learned that the company has a problem of low maintenance accuracy in the transformer maintenance work.In addition,the company’s storage of transformer knowledge is not centralized,and the application of transformer maintenance training knowledge is not in place,resulting in low efficiency of the overall maintenance process.According to the above questions,this article constructs a knowledge graph for the company’s transformer knowledge,and designs a transformer knowledge question and answer system based on the knowledge graph.With the assistance of the question and answer system,the company’s original maintenance process was optimized to improve the accuracy of the maintenance and shorten the maintenance time.The main research content includes the following three items: 1)Extract transformer-related knowledge data from the company’s database and the Internet,design and construct a power transformer knowledge graph based on the extracted data,and provide underlying data services for the question and answer system.2)Use the TF-IDF algorithm to extract text features,train the naive Bayesian question classification model for question classification,use the BiLSTM-CRF named entity recognition model to match question and answer pairs,and implement a transformer knowledge question answering system based on knowledge graphs.3)According to the existing problems of H company,the original overhaul process was optimized with the question and answer system based on the knowledge graph.The application of the question and answer system was added to the original process to improve the efficiency of the overall process and the accuracy of overhaul,and strengthen the H Reuse of knowledge data.The question-and-answer system by constructing a knowledge graph provides a way for the company’s maintenance personnel to quickly retrieve and quickly locate equipment failures.Through the application of information technology,it can provide technical impetus for the development of the power industry.
