Today is a period of rapid development in the technology industry,in which linear drive technology equipment is widely used in various high-speed and high-precision industries.The emergence of linear motors has not only accelerated the development of direct drive technology,but has also become a hot spot for industry research.This article mainly takes ironless permanent magnet synchronous linear motors as the research object,and aims at the operation fluctuations caused by side effects,variable internal parameters,external interference and other factors in the operation of linear motors.The linear motor speed and current double closed-loop sliding mode control method is applied,and the overall control algorithm of the linear motor system is designed to improve the robustness,operation accuracy and anti-disturbance performance of the linear motor system.This article mainly focuses on the following research:1)According to the development background of linear motors,the current research status of linear motors by domestic and foreign scholars,the practical products of linear motors and the future development trend of linear motors are introduced,and various existing control strategies are described.2)The structural characteristics and working principle of the ironless permanent magnet synchronous linear motor are introduced in detail,and the internal magnetic field changes of the linear motor are compared through the analytical method and the finite element method.At the same time,mathematical methods are used to model the voltage,movement and thrust of the linear motor.The interference problems in the operation of linear motors are analyzed.3)The linear motor double closed-loop control structure is adopted to improve the speed control accuracy of the linear motor and reduce the fluctuation in the motor operation.The speed control link adopts a new global terminal Super-twisting sliding mode control strategy based on thrust compensation sliding mode disturbance observer,and the current controller adopts a second-order Super-twisting sliding mode control algorithm.At the same time,load disturbance is applied in the simulation,and the speed response of the linear motor under different control strategies is compared to verify the superiority of the proposed linear motor control strategy.4)In order to further reduce the operating fluctuation of the linear motor,reduce the chattering caused by the sliding mode control,and improve the stability of the control system,an adaptive structure improvement is made for the new global terminal Super-twisting sliding mode speed controller.Through simulation and comparative analysis,it highlights the advantages of adaptive control structure in parameter dynamic adjustment under applied load,resisting external disturbance and improving system robustness.5)To verify the actual effectiveness of the new adaptive global terminal Super-twisting sliding mode control strategy based on the sliding mode disturbance observer.The linear load and sudden step load disturbance experiments are carried out on a single-axis ironless permanent magnet synchronous linear motor platform.By comparing with the traditional PID control strategy,the effectiveness of the proposed terminal sliding mode algorithm is verified.
