| In the field of mechanical bionics,the accurate and non-interference test for the bionic prototypes such as flies and mosquitoes to produce the micro-bovine contact force is indispensable.The existing test system cannot meet the test requirements of contact force when the bionic prototype lands/takes off,therefore,it is necessary to develop a micro-bovine contact force testing system at the nanometer level,it should have the characteristics of high precision,no interference and simple structure.In this paper,a micro-bovine contact force testing system based on Deflection angle is designed,it includes carbon fiber spring and it’s fixed components,test system base and it’s light source components,plexi glass cover and it’s ruler components,high frame number camera and it’s fixed components,etc;carbon fiber spring is the core component,which is calibrated by ANSYS;based on MATLAB,the program for solving the deflection angle of carbon fiber spring is compiled,including user management interface,solution interface of deflection angle of carbon fiber spring,image display and storage,etc.After the hardware construction of the testing system and the operation and debugging of the image processing program are completed,the hardware and software parts of the testing system are matched and connected.In order to verify the function of the testing system,firstly,the carbon fiber spring is calibrated,the mung bean was weighed with a high-precision balance and loaded into the carbon fiber spring(at different positions from the constraint point),the characteristic equation of carbon fiber spring is obtained by taking video and analyzing the image to obtain the information of deflection angle corresponding to different positions,the goodness of fit ranged from 0.9755 to0.9966;then,run and debug the testing system,mung beans descending from a certain height were used to simulate the landing process of flies on carbon fiber spring,the video(image)of the process are obtained and the deflection angle information is obtained,the contact force information is obtained by introducing the characteristic equation of carbon fiber spring.The test results show that the testing system can obtain the contact force of the bionic prototype in the process of landing,it can satisfy the requirement of the micro-bovine contact force testing and provide necessary testing means for the motion characterization of bionic prototype in the field of mechanical bionics. |
