The ultra-fine graded mill is one of the commonly used equipment for producing ultra-fine powder.Ultra-fine powder is widely used in the fields of microelectronics,chemical industry,medicine and food because of its special properties.Ultra-fine powder particle size in scientific research and industrial production are becoming smaller.The requirements of the ultra-fine grade mill crushing and grading performance are higher.The internal flow field distribution characteristics and particle movement trajectory of a horizontal ultra-fine graded mill are analyzed through Fluent software simulation.The mechanism of crushing and classification are studied.The main research contents include:(1)The influence of the inlet wind speed,the speed of the grading wheel and the speed of the grinding disc on the graded mill are studied.The inlet wind speed is 10 m/s.The speed of the grading wheel and the grinding disc are both 3000 r/min.The rotation direction of the grading wheel and grinding disc is opposite.With these parameters,the air distribution in the classification chamber is uniform,the tangential velocity in the classification area and the radial velocity between the blades are relatively evenly distributed.The grading effect of the particles is the best.(2)By analyzing the influence of the number of grading blades and the change of installation angle on the graded mill,it is concluded that when the number of classifying blades is 42 and the installation angle is 6°,the airflow movement in the classifying cavity is more regular.The tangential velocity in the annular area is larger and the symmetry is good.The airflow vortex phenomenon between blades basically disappears and the classifying particle size is small.(3)The influence of the number and width of the impact blades on the flow field of the crushing cavity is analyzed.When the number of impact blades is 30 and the width is 0.1 m,the velocity and pressure at the edge of the grinding disc are higher,and the axial velocity before the movement of impact blades is relatively stable.(4)A radial rib is arranged on the side of the grinding disc close to the feed inlet.Through simulation verification,this rib can make the material quickly reach the crushing area of the grinding disc edge.Shorten the transportation distance of particles.Flow field simulation by using Fluent software.The influence rules of different process parameters and structure parameters on the working performance of ultra-fine graded mill are obtained.It is helpful to further study the working mechanism of ultra-fine graded mill by means of simulation experiment.It provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of process parameters of ultra-fine graded mill.It is of great significance to improve the structure of ultra-fine graded mill.
