| The rapid development of social economy has promoted the increasingly frequent hydrophilic and wading tourism activities. While rivers, lakes, reservoirs and other public waters in urban areas have become tourist attractions for people’s leisure, accidental falling into water accidents are common.Based on the theoretical elements of design psychology and ergonomics under the concept of humanized design, and on the basis of investigation and research, this paper plans to design a practical and convenient near-shore life-saving net thrower product in urban public waters that meets the needs of users. The study was divided into five parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical value and practical significance of the development and design of offshore life-saving products in urban public waters. At the same time, the product design environment such as "urban public waters" and "nearshore distance" is defined. The second part mainly reviews the literature research and product application research. It is concluded from the four aspects of "product, environment, theory and management standard" that the existing research has a low degree of integration of theoretical knowledge. It is proposed that "timeliness, environmental adaptability, portability and ease of use" are the main issues to be concerned about in product design in this field. At the same time, the status quo of traditional and conceptual products at home and abroad is sorted out,and it is pointed out that the current product design in this field needs to reflect more humanized concepts. The third part mainly analyzes the concept of humanized design, and puts forward the organic application of ergonomics and design psychology in this study, forming a relatively scientific research method of humanized design of offshore life-saving products. The fourth part is research and data analysis.Through data collection and field investigation, the similarities and differences of the characteristics of rivers, lakes, reservoirs and other public waters are analyzed to guide the design of product characteristics.By splitting the use steps of the existing products and simulating the user rescue behavior, the humanized defects of the existing products are further demonstrated and the design points are sorted out.Information collection and target group identification were conducted on120 user samples, and KANO mathematical modeling tool was used to analyze the survey samples.User needs were objectively analyzed according to the hierarchy of needs theory of design psychology, and the priority of demands of target user groups of coastal life-saving products in urban public waters was visualized by weight assignment method. The fifth part is mainly about design practice. On the basis of demand analysis and in accordance with ergonomic factors, this paper discusses the size, color matching and material of the near-shore life-saving net thrower, explores the systematic characteristics of the product, and completes the prototype design.Combined with ergonomic JACK man-machine simulation method to simulate the operation process of the near-shore life-saving net throwing device, the simulation experimental data and the improved model to meet the humanized requirements were obtained, and the product details were further optimized to complete the final design. The application of humanized design concept and grafting method in this paper will provide a new design idea for subsequent related research, and have guiding significance and reference value for relevant fields of inshore life-saving product design and even other fields. |
