Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Changjiang Electric Power Based On DEA

Financial performance is a key part of enterprise performance evaluation system.For enterprises,only with a sound financial system and stable financial benefits can they occupy a place in the increasingly developing and progressive market economy.Therefore,the importance of financial performance research cannot be ignored.In China’s 13 th five-year plan,the importance of environmental protection is further emphasized,and the heavy responsibilities of energy enterprises are correspondingly heavier.Only by analyzing and studying the financial performance of energy enterprises can we better determine the direction for their future development.Based on Yangtze power as the main body,this paper selected the Yangtze power from 2009 to 2018,10 years of financial index as the original data,and selected the energy industry of 25 2018 financial indicators of listed companies as indicators of DEA model of the original data,the first application of factor analysis method will be more dimension reduction of original data indicators,using fewer index to represent all of the index,index system is established.Secondly,the established index system is introduced into the DEA model for calculation,and the efficiency value,projection value and sensitivity analysis are carried out on the vertical and horizontal financial performance of the Yangtze river power industry and the energy industry based on the calculation conclusions obtained by the DEA software.Finally,from the two aspects of internal development and external environment construction,I put forward personal Suggestions on financial performance improvement of changjiang power and other energy enterprises.The relative innovation of this paper lies in that it not only analyzes the financial performance of the enterprise from the dimension of Yangtze power itself,but also gives consideration to the horizontal comparative analysis of the industry in the energy industry where Yangtze power is located,which is beneficial for the enterprise to jump out of its own,carry out the comparison of the industry,and more powerful for the long-term sustainable development of the enterprise.
