Centrifugal pumps are runoff impeller pumps,the working principle is to use the centrifugal force generated when the impeller rotates to convert mechanical energy into potential energy and pressure energy of the liquid being conveyed,widely used in various fields such as conveying and irrigation.Most of the problems in centrifugal pump research are related to low efficiency,poor performance,insufficient vapor erosion capacity,short head,which in turn directly affect the hydraulic performance of the pump.In this paper,a predictive optimization agent model combining neural network and genetic algorithm is established with the goal of improving the efficiency and head of centrifugal pump,the global optimization of the set centrifugal pump impeller parameters is carried out,and a three-dimensional model is built by taking the optimized geometric parameters.Main research contents include:(1)Summarized the relevant research on impeller optimization at home and abroad,and analyzed the problems faced by the optimization design of centrifugal pumps.A conservation angle transformation method was used to model the twisted vane impeller centrifugal pump in three dimensions,and a three-dimensional model of the whole basin was obtained by Boolean operations with unstructured grid division.(2)Through the significance analysis,the blade outlet angleβ2,export width b2and impeller angleφwere selected as the factors influencing the performance of the centrifugal pump,and the samples were established by the Latin super cubic test,and the neural network agent model with head and efficiency as the optimization targets was established,and the optimal vanes parameters were obtained by the genetic algorithm.(3)The internal distribution of the impeller of the centrifugal pump before and after the optimization was compared and analyzed,and it was found that the internal relative velocity distribution of the impeller after the optimization was even and the hydraulic loss was reduced.Based on the numerical simulation results,the optimized centrifugal pump efficiency and head under the same working conditions were obtained,which improved by3.87%and 4.25%,respectively,compared with before the optimization.
