Fruits and vegetables are perishable foods,and they must be placed in the fresh preservation storage for refrigerated preservation after picking.Traditional fresh preservation storage have higher energy consumption,which increases the cost of fresh preservation.In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption in fresh preservation storage,applying cold storage technology to fresh preservation storage,combined with peak and valley electricity prices,can not only effectively solve the energy consumption problem,but also bring economic benefits.This paper designs and manufactures a small,mobile phase-change fresh preservation storage based on the storage requirements and actual application scenarios of agricultural products such as fruits and vegetables.The fresh preservation storage is equipped with refrigeration units and 100 overhead cold storage pipelines.In the low electricity consumption,the refrigeration units are used to provide cold sources for the cold storage pipelines and fresh preservation storage,and the phase change materials in the cold storage pipelines are used during the peak of electricity consumption.The heat absorption characteristic at the time is the release of the fresh preservation storage,so as to realize the 24 h cycle refrigeration.Air guide plate shall be installed in the warehouse to concentrate the cold energy to the cold storage pipeline and prevent the temperature of the main storage area of the fresh preservation storage from being too cold.CFD software was used to simulate the uniformity of the temperature field inside the storage tank during the cooling release process of the storage pipeline,and the simulation results were compared with the experimental results.The results showed that the average temperature of the external environment was 30.9℃.When the fixed temperature is 2℃,the maximum temperature fluctuation value is 0.89℃when the chiller provides cooling capacity;when the cold storage pipeline provides cooling capacity,the maximum temperature fluctuation value is 1.39℃,the maximum temperature difference is ≤±1.5℃,and the temperature fluctuation is stable.This paper also calculates and analyzes the economical efficiency of phase change fresh preservation storage.The equipment cost and operation cost of traditional fresh preservation storage and phase change fresh preservation storage are analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the actual operating cost of the designed phase change cold storage fresh-keeping warehouse is much lower than that of the traditional fresh-keeping warehouse,and the shortest recovery period is 1.97 years. |
