| The inspection is a necessary procedure to ensure the safety of the aircraft before the flight leave their airstrip.The quick completion of the pre-flight health inspection of the flight control system of the aircraft is an important factor to increase the number of flights of the aircraft.However,the flight control system of the aircraft is becoming more and more complex,the health positioning of flight control system is becoming more and more difficult and the troubleshooting time is getting longer and longer.It is of great significance to improve the accuracy and efficiency of aircraft fault detection by studying the method of aircraft fault detection before flight.In this paper,the research and implementation of the health management of flight control system are carried out based on the systems engineering.As shown below,are the main research content and work of this article:(1)In this article,an improved fault detection algorithm is proposed,which can not distinguish the importance of fault features and the accuracy of fault detection by the traditional Support vector machine algorithm.By improving the traditional Support vector machine fault detection model,a fault detection model for aircraft flight control system is designed,and the performance of the model is verified by simulation.(2)A fault detection algorithm based on gradient lifting tree is proposed to solve the problem of feature ranking of flight data.Model Design of data encoding,feature sorting and feature selection for the sample set of pre-flight fault detection data.Combined with the extracted features,a fault detection model based on gradient lifting Support vector machine was built,and the simulation of the model was carried out.(3)The development tool of artificial intelligence is studied,and the design and implementation of the fault detection system for aircraft before flight is completed.Based on Python language,software engineering technology and design pattern,this paper presents the design and simulation test verification of fault detection system for a pre-flight control system of an aircraft.In this article,the proposed algorithm model is used to carry out a specific project simulation verification,the accuracy of fault detection is 88.42%,higher than the traditional fault detection ability.The system has been applied to the fault diagnosis expert system of an aircraft,and good results have been achieved. |
