| Due to the accumulation of various manufacturing errors and assembly errors in the aircraft manufacturing process,assembly gaps will occur in the joint surfaces of the product parts when the assembly is completed.By adding pad compensation,the corresponding gap can be effectively and quickly controlled and eliminated.This paper is relying on the aircraft digital assembly system.Research on the measurement of aircraft assembly gaps is carried out,and a digital scanning measurement software system is designed to realize the rapid and accurate measurement of the assembly gaps.The main research contents are as follows:This paper firstly introduced the current domestic and foreign aircraft digital assembly and digital measurement technology,including digital assembly technology,pad compensation technology and common digital measurement methods.The overall structure of this paper was given.Next,the principle and composition of the digital scanning measurement system were introduced in detail.By analyzing the demand for assembly coordination in the actual digital assembly process,a rapid measurement algorithm for assembly gaps was proposed.Based on the scanning measurement hardware and the gap measurement algorithm,starting from the software engineering idea,the system requirement analysis was carried out,and the inspection module based on the Poly Works software was used for secondary development.Further,the aircraft assembly gap measurement software system was realized.The software system can communicate and control with the laser scanner and the laser tracker,and realize the rapid measurement of the assembly gap based on the obtained point cloud data.Finally,the system test was completed for the various functions of the software system.The test results show that the software system can realize the corresponding interface interaction and instrument communication functions.Collected point cloud data can be displayed on the software interface and identified in real-time.The assembly gap and the accurate shape and size can also be given by this software system,which provides greater convenience to the digital assembly process of the aircraft. |
