| Mechanical safety has always been a research problem that cannot be ignored in the field of safety.The reasonable design and safe operation of machinery can avoid safety accidents,for this reason,a deeper study of mechanical structures is needed,and through the study of the motion characteristics of mechanical structures,it can have important significance in the design of machinery and the evaluation of safe operation.In this paper,the theoretical analysis of the degrees of freedom,position positive and negative solutions,velocity,acceleration and other motion characteristics of the mechanism,and combined with computer simulation technology,research,for the design of the mechanism and safe and reliable operation of the in-depth understanding of the design and operation of machinery to achieve the safe operation of machinery from the design and operation of machinery.Firstly,the analysis of degrees of freedom based on the shortest branch-chain parallel mechanism is studied,and a new calculation formula for degrees of freedom is given through the theory of main-auxiliary output motion.A more comprehensive analysis of the degrees of freedom of the parallel mechanism is provided,combined with related for the calculation example,firstly use the new degree of freedom formula to analyze the degree of freedom of the parallel mechanism,and then verify the accuracy of the calculation of the movement degree of freedom through the method of screw theory,and then verify the accuracy of the analysis of the accompanying degree of freedom through complex calculations.Secondly,the position analysis method of the parallel mechanism based on the shortest branch chain is studied.By establishing the corresponding spatial coordinate system,applying the spatial geometric relations,establishing the corresponding position output equation and combining with the coordinate transformation formula,the positive and negative position solutions of the arithmetic case are solved.Finally,the detailed simulation process of the relevant calculations is studied,the relevant functions and applications of the computer simulation software are introduced,the detailed simulation steps are given,the corresponding solid simulation model is established,and simulation of the displacement analysis,velocity analysis and acceleration analysis of the parallel mechanism with the relevant images. |
