With the rapid development of science and technology,electronic equipment has become a necessity of people’s life.The frequent use of mobile phones,computers,etc,greatly improves the incidence of dry eye.Dry eye has increasingly become one of the common eye diseases.If not treated in time,it may lead to other eye diseases.Therefore,the corresponding dry eye diagnosis equipment is urgently needed for dry eye diagnosis and detection.Aiming at the problems of large volume,high cost and inaccurate detection results of frame difference method,a portable dry eye diagnosis equipment is proposed in this paper:(1)A Windows all-in-one dry eye detection device is designed,which is simple,lightweight and miniaturized.Image acquisition uses stepper motor module to control focusing and field of view zoom to achieve clear imaging,filter control switch to achieve near-infrared imaging and visible light imaging.It can meet the needs of different data acquisition,and can achieve noninvasive tear film break-up time(TFBUT),meibomian gland(MG),tear meniscus height(TMH).(2)Research and implement the relevant dry eye detection algorithm.In the non-invasive tear film rupture detection,the fractal box dimension method is used to avoid the inaccuracy of frame difference detection;the meibomian gland area missing ratio detection is processed by near infrared(850nm)complementary imaging technology and CLAHE algorithm,which highlights the gland area,area missing rate detection is more accurate.(3)The application software of dry eye diagnosis was built and developed.Through the integrated development platform visual studio 2017,the MFC integrated software system was developed by using C # programming language.The My SQL database was used to add,delete,check and modify the patient database,collect and save the image data,and detect the diagnosis algorithm of dry eye.(4)The portable dry eye diagnosis related verification test was carried out,and 22 groups of test sample data were used for verification test,and the comparative experimental study was carried out with CSO and as Antares instrument of Italy and ICP OSA instrument of SBM company.The experimental results showed that the TFBUT and TMH test results of the device were consistent with the results of the two control groups(P < 0.001);the accuracy of MG test was 90.90%,and the specificity was 85.7%,which can realize the diagnosis and detection of dry eye function,can be used for the screening and diagnosis of dry eye in ophthalmic hospitals and optic centers.
