In recent years, clean energy technology based on wind power generation has been continuously developed, making a vital contribution to solving China’s energy and environmental problems. At the same time,it is about the development and application of wind power technology and the integration of various distributed power sources.Connecting to the grid system to achieve grid-connected operation has become a hot topic in related research in recent years. However, wind energy is different from other conventional energy sources.Wind speed changes have very strong instability.Different seasons, climates, and temperatures have more obvious power generation. When wind power is widely used and a large number of wind turbines are connected to the grid,it will definitely have a significant impact on the reliability of the distribution network. In practice, the wind speed of a wind farm is greatly affected by random influences such as seasons and climate, making the output power of the wind turbines uncertain, and the power supply to the load fluctuates at any time. The wind speed and the load are related to a certain extent. Therefore,It is essential to study the influence of wind speed and load on the output power of wind turbines. In this paper, the non-parametric kernel density estimation method and Copula theory are applied to the distribution network evaluation algorithm. The wind speed and load are modeled completely from the perspective of data, without any distribution assumptions, and the Copula function is used to describe the relationship between wind speed and load.Real-time continuous nonlinear correlation,a distribution system reliability evaluation algorithm considering the correlation between the two is proposed. In addition, when there are multiple wind farms in the wind power base, when a nearby wind farm is in a state of high wind speed, the wind speed of the adjacent wind farm is also higher, which makes the wind speed of multiple wind farms correlate to a certain extent, that is,the total output power of multiple wind farms. It is different from a single wind farm. This paper introduces the hybrid Copula theory on the basis of a single Copula function to model the joint distribution of wind speeds among multiple wind farms, which is used to evaluate the reliability of the distribution network. Finally, the IEEE RBTS BUS6 system is used for verification. The experimental results show that considering the correlation between wind speed and load and the correlation between wind speeds in multiple wind farms, the distribution network can be evaluated more accurately.
