Design Of Persuasive Millimeter Wave Human Body Security Instrument For Urban Rail Transit

With the rapid development of my country’s urban rail transit construction,urban rail travel has been fully integrated into people’s lives.Due to the existence of special attributes such as relatively dense personnel and relatively closed spaces in the operating environment of urban rail transit,public safety in this field has certain vulnerabilities,and public safety assurance issues are also increasingly valued,so normalized security screening is popularized throughout the country.However,under the large passenger flow environment of urban rail transit,security inspection has not only ensured passenger safety,but also has a certain impact on passenger travel efficiency."Safety" and "efficiency" form a contradictory relationship.In addition,the current security inspection process is cumbersome and The problems of traditional security inspection equipment such as insufficient security inspection efficiency and high efficiency make passengers have low satisfaction with subway security inspection during the security inspection process,weak initiative,and generally negative emotions.Through the investigation and analysis of passengers’ negative emotions,this paper summarizes four main factors that influence passengers’ negative emotions: self-esteem frustration,distrust,health and inconvenience,and introduces persuasive design theory to conduct passenger security screening behaviors and attitudes.In combination with the analysis and research on the FBM behavior model,a security behavior model was proposed,and five persuasion design points of trust,social identification principle,familiarity bias,unconscious behavior,and evaluation module were proposed to guide the security persuasion design guidance.Finally,based on the technical advantages of millimeter wave human body security equipment compared with traditional security equipment,such as safe zero radiation,non-contact security,protection of personal privacy,wide detection range,and high detection accuracy,combined with the persuasive design concept,persuasive millimeter wave human body security equipment design.Through the integration of product persuasion function,overall shape design and emotion-oriented color design,the persuasion strategy is distributed throughout the security inspection process to form a complete and smooth persuasion process.Through the persuasive design of flexible persuasion on passengers’ security inspection behaviors and attitudes,alleviate passengers’ negative emotions in security inspections,improve passengers’ security inspection initiative,and thus improve the opposite relationship between "safety" and "efficiency".Give full play to its technical advantages.
